About
I teach people to sound like themselves in another language.
I studied linguistics and translation at university and have worked between Russian and English ever since: interpreting for families, translating the documents people's plans depend on, and teaching.
Translation taught me that a language lives in its details. That is what I bring to lessons: not lists of rules, but a feel for how people really speak — and the confidence to speak back.
In autumn 2025 I completed a teacher course in ЕГЭ English preparation, so my students prepare with a teacher who knows the exam from the inside: the format, the criteria and the traps.
